Also what company doesn’t tell an employee that they are making to many mistakes and just end your contract. That is what upset me to most because I learn from mistakes.

You can get a lot of OT but you will never get a raise and management will work you to the bone. They don’t really keep to their rules they have and they like to yell a lot. Definitely can find better with better pay and a chance to advance in the company. The pay isn’t the greatest starting out, but if you are an honest person and work hard, there IS advancement here.

A lawyer called on my behalf and wrote them a letter of intent. The Better Business Bureau has over 132 complaints that this business has done this in the past. Training varies, apparently, mine was good but I’ve heard others feel they didn’t get enough time and got thrown into the deep end. They got some of the worst supervisors that I have work with my entire life. The supervisors are very disrespectful towards employees.
